Jim Fussell
Founder
Jim Fussell is the founder of The Fussell Group. Jim brings a decade of sales and leadership experience in multiple aspects of housing with a focus on single family homes sales, new construction, redevelopment, and short or long term rental properties. Prior to starting The Fussell Group, Jim spent two decades engineering solutions for the complex supply chains of North American manufacturing and distribution companies.
Jim grew up in the southeast in a family where real estate was the mainstay of their business enterprise. He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin and Dallas Theological Seminary with degrees in Animal Science and Theology respectively. Strong support of the family of each person within The Fussell Group is a core function of the company. Jim is married to Kristy, his wife of 30 years, and they are the proud parents of four boys and two girls. Outside of work Jim can be found enjoying his children's sports, floating a river, skiing, or enjoying his family at the lake.
